Terms

The laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia stipulate that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (MK rules ).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store – TOYS WORLD LTD, reg. No. 14961871, legal address – Unit 1, Legacy House, Hanworth Trading Estate, Hampton Road West, Feltham, TW13 6DH, UK, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer , on the other hand, concludes the Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the option to pay for the product using the payment tools included in the online store or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 2 working days after receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the buyer. For exact delivery times and delivery prices, see the “DELIVERY” section.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending the Seller a letter of refusal (information that the Buyer wants to exercise his right of refusal). The Buyer is obliged to return/send the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, whether they are damaged or used;
  • the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by careless treatment of the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product’s original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order, as well as the realization of the right of refusal, will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
